I can’t speak for anyone else but my time at 3200 has been nothing but pleasant. Whenever I’ve had to contact maintenance they respond in a timely manner and the ladies at the office are wonderful. Only moving because we bought a house but I would recommend this to military service members bc it’s convenient to Portsmouth and Norfolk.

I have stayed here for 3 years now—loved from one apartment to another. The moving was very swift and good, the maintenance guys are good—they come on time if any complaints, and the manager Deborah Hewitt is the best. She understands every aspect of a tenant and the staff too are friendly. I would recommend anyone for this apartment.
